| Deed Restrictions Issue's Trash, Recycle and Yard Waste, this includes trash cans, recycle bins and yard waste bags, these items should not be seen from the street and or abutting properties. City of Hilliard code -- Waste can be placed out at 5:00pm prior to the trash pick-up day and removed from the street by 9:00am after the waste has been picked up. Pleasure and utility vehicle and equipment parking and storage, no boat, trailer, camper,.... including mowers, tractors, other lawn and garden equipment, shall be parked or stored on any lot unless it is in a garage, please remove from view from the street and abutting properties. Swimming Pools -- No swimming pool measuring more and 100 square feet shall be constucted or maintained above the finish grade. City of Hilliard code: It may not be located closer than ten feet to any property line of the property on which it is located. Fences around a swimming pool shall be required as set forth in Chapter 1139. | |
